Onze opinie:
Een groepje totaal incompetente superhelden komen erachter hoe ze geworden zijn wie ze zijn en dat valt allesbehalve mee. Dit is het onderliggende verhaal achter Doom Patrol, een van de nieuwere TV-series binnen het DC Comics universum (waar ook Superman, Batman, Arrow, etc onder vallen) maar waar je bij dit soort titels meestal overladen wordt met actiescenes krijgen we hier eerder een totaal van de pot gerukt verhaal voorgeschoteld dat écht compleet nergens op slaat maar dankzij de goede uitwerking van de personages en de vertelstijl toch erin slaagt om je aan het scherm te kluisteren. Deze serie is niet voor iedereen weggelegd, maar als je erin slaagt je horizon breed genoeg te krijgen om mee te gaan in alle gekte is het een absolute aanrader!
