Een ontspannende avonturenfilm met een mager verhaaltje waar wat leuke grapjes en actiescenes aan opgehangen worden en die door de juiste opzet (Jumanji is plots een videogame en als dusdanig werkt “het verhaal” dan ook zoals in oude videogames) wel wat plezier kan bieden. Zeker geen topper, maar een goede keuze voor wat hersenloos vertier tussendoor.
