Na de Child’s Play films eind jaren ’80 en begin jaren ’90 is de Chucky-franchise met elke nieuwe episode erin geslaagd om telkens maar slechter te worden. In deze Seed of Chucky blijken Chucky en Tiffany een zoontje te hebben die de twee terug tot leven brengt in Hollywood waar op dat moment een film gemaakt wordt over… Chucky’s moorden. Jaja, het moet al niet gekker worden, maar dat wordt het toch dus je kan je al voorstellen dat dit absoluut geen topfilm is…
